Who Holds the Space

Behind this work is someone who’s walked both the structured path and the soul-led spiral.

I’m Michele Paull. psychotherapist, counsellor, integrative coach, and founder of Roots to Realms. My background blends transpersonal psychology, counselling psychology, energy work, ritual design, art, and storytelling into spacious, intentional care.

I’m here to hold complexity with clarity. To listen deeply. To guide gently. What I offer is living work, rooted in science, shaped by intuition, and always evolving.
