Therapy
Therapy is the space where we slow down enough to understand the patterns shaping your inner and outer world; emotionally, relationally, and behaviorally.
My work centers on identity, adaptation, and the ways we learn to survive, succeed, and relate. Together, we explore the deeper layers of your experience so you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and intention.
Therapy is private‑pay. I work outside of insurance so your therapy remains fully private, self‑directed, and aligned with your needs rather than insurance requirements. This allows us to focus on depth, clarity, and identity work without diagnostic restrictions, session limits, or external oversight.
You might choose therapy if you want to explore:
• long‑standing patterns
• identity shifts
• emotional adaptation
• masking or over-functioning
• relational dynamics
• meaning, purpose, or direction
• the ways you’ve learned to survive or succeed
• self‑trust repair
Therapy is available only to Washington State residents.
My therapeutic approach
My work is grounded in depth, clarity, and identity. I help clients understand the emotional and relational patterns shaping their lives, and support them in building a more intentional relationship with themselves.
I integrate evidence-based counselling with identity‑focused exploration, mindfulness, and reflective dialogue, creating a space that is structured, collaborative, and deeply human.
What therapy looks like with me
Therapy with me is steady, thoughtful, and collaborative. We explore your internal landscape, the roles you’ve carried, the adaptations you’ve learned, and the places where your identity feels unclear or fragmented.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly or bi‑weekly through secure telehealth. Each session ends with a brief reflection or direction to help you integrate the work in the week ahead.
How to begin working with me
Therapy begins with your intake paperwork through my secure portal. Once your forms are complete, you’ll be able to schedule your first session and access all telehealth links, documents, and communication in one place. My full fee and policies are clearly outlined in your intake paperwork so you have complete transparency before scheduling your first session.
