Therapy with me is a steady, identity‑focused space designed for clarity, alignment, and deep personal work.

I offer two ways to work together depending on the level of consistency and support you’re looking for.

Washington State Only

Therapy services are available only to clients physically located in Washington State at the time of session.

Weekly Therapy - $185/session

Weekly therapy provides a reserved session each week so the work can move with continuity and depth. This is the most stable and effective way to engage in identity‑focused therapeutic work.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Therapy works best when sessions happen consistently and with a predictable rhythm.

To protect your reserved time and maintain a stable schedule for all clients, I use a clear and simple cancellation policy.

48 hours’ notice required

<48 hours = 50% fee

<24 hours or missed = full fee
