I’m Michele Paull—psychologist, coach, integrative practitioner, energy worker, and a devoted wisdom keeper. My work is born from the wild edges where science meets spirit, where structured care opens doorways to soulful renewal, and where complexity is welcomed, not erased.

Roots to Realms isn’t just a brand, it’s my philosophy. I honor the rootedness of evidence-based practice, clear boundaries, and sustainable strategy. With a background in psychology and years of clinical and coaching work, I bring academic rigor to every offering. My approach is shaped by formal study, neurodiversity-informed care, and a commitment to ethical practice but it’s also colored by lived insight, intuitive training, and creative exploration.
