My coaching approach
My work is grounded in depth, clarity, and identity. I help clients understand the emotional and relational patterns shaping their lives, and support them in building a more intentional relationship with themselves — one that allows them to collaborate, connect, and relate to others from a stable, coherent sense of self.
I integrate identity‑focused exploration, mindfulness, reflective dialogue, and Symbolic Identity Method (SIM™), creating a space that is grounded, attuned, and deeply human. This work isn’t structured or formulaic; it’s reflective, emergent, and centered on who you are becoming.
What coaching looks like with me
Coaching with me is steady, thoughtful, and collaborative. We explore your internal landscape, the roles you’ve carried, the adaptations you’ve learned, and the places where your identity feels unclear, constrained, or ready to evolve.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly, bi‑weekly, or in structured coaching intensives. Each session ends with a brief reflection or direction to help you integrate the work in the week ahead.
How to begin working with me
Working with me begins with a simple coaching intake questionnaire. This helps us understand what’s shifting in your life, what kind of support feels right for you, and whether coaching — reflective, identity‑focused, and non‑clinical — is the right fit.
Once your intake is complete, you’ll receive access to your coaching portal where you can schedule sessions, choose between weekly, bi‑weekly, intensive, or asynchronous coaching formats, and begin your work. The process is clear, steady, and designed to support you from the very first step.


Who I am
I’m Michele - a counsellor, coach, and identity‑development practitioner. My background includes evidence‑based counselling, ADHD‑informed work, mindfulness modalities, symbolic identity work (SIM™), and ongoing training in creative, eco, and transpersonal approaches.
I work with a depth‑oriented, existential lens when questions of meaning, direction, or authenticity arise. I bring a grounded, relational, and deeply attuned presence to the work we do together.
My role isn’t to build you; it’s to help you build a more intentional relationship with yourself, so you can collaborate, connect, and relate to others from a stable, coherent sense of identity.
