Coaching Package
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This coaching agreement is between AltShiftZen LLC, operating as Roots To Realms (“the Coach”), and the Client.
Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice are considered forfeited.
Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally agreed-upon time.
No-Show Policy The session room will be held for 10 minutes. If you have not arrived by the 10-minute mark, the session is considered a no-show and is forfeited.
Refunds All purchases are non-refundable. Unused sessions cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded.
Session Expiry All sessions in this package must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired or unused sessions are considered forfeited and remain non-refundable.
Session Notes & Materials Any session notes, integration prompts, or materials referenced during our work together are typically provided within 72 business hours. Timelines may vary based on the nature of the work.
Scope of Practice This work is coaching, not therapy, crisis intervention, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on clarity, integration, and forward movement. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate mental health or crisis support when needed. If it becomes clear that your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I may pause or end our work and recommend that you connect with a licensed mental health professional or crisis resource.
Communication Between Sessions Communication outside of scheduled sessions is not included unless explicitly stated in your package. Integration notes and materials will be delivered within 72 business hours after your session, unless otherwise specified during the session.
Confidentiality Your information and session content are treated with professional discretion. Coaching is not bound by therapist–client privilege, and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. I maintain privacy to the extent appropriate for a coaching relationship.
Ending the Coaching Relationship Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time by notifying the other in writing (email is sufficient). Ending the relationship does not alter the Refunds policy; unused sessions remain non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Montana Mediation If any disagreement arises, we agree to communicate in good faith before pursuing formal resolution.Before either party may pursue legal action, we both agree to participate in mandatory, good-faith mediation with a neutral third-party mediator. Mediation will take place in Montana, or via virtual meeting under Montana jurisdiction. Legal action may only be taken after mediation has been attempted. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Montana and resolved in Montana. By purchasing this package, you agree to this process and jurisdiction.
